However if we need more chaos I don't mind bringing in Fallen Angels.
Looks at World Eaters army that I brought to Nova.

Looks at 382 Power Level of models.

Appreciate the offer Seth. However, I think we are good.

Do I need movement trays? Since I'm not likely to play more Apocalypse any time soon I'd rather not buy them, but happy to if needed and there aren't any to be borrowed at the club.

not necessary. THe movement trays for apoc are an aid, but not required for gameplay. Apoc just has more restrictive unit coherency rules, so your models generally move as a block rather than being spaced out like in 40k.

Nobody should need to bring anything besides rulers and your army's apoc datasheets to play. We have two copies of the rulebook, two card sets (I'll make up each team a deck before the event) and two sets of counters and dice.
Game Preferences:
A model may assault upper levels of terrain if they charge far enough to climb them
All current beta rules in effect unless opponent prefers otherwise
I love setting up custom, fluffy scenarios, PM me!

Team Imperium! Steven and I would like to initiate a discussion of lists. Do I have it correct that Seth, Steven, myself, and Rostik are all on one team?

You do! Current plan is to have Spencer, Dave and I bring chaos armies alongside Propheadprops, and we'll use the extra 20PL from Prophead just bringing 80PL to bring Magnus. So you will be facing the forces of Khorne Tzeentch and Nurgle, all with some kind of big Lord of War unit for each!

Turns out I only have 64PL of Nurgle but can supplement my Nurgle Boys with Thousand Sons in a single Battalion to reach 90PL. I also have Magnus which would take me over 100PL but seems that would violate the detachment requirements (because I'd have two super heavy aux at that point?). But happy to bring my Magnus instead of someone else if that's easier.

I plan to bring:
Nurlings (2x3)
Plaguebearers (30)
Deathshroud Terminators (3)
Plagueburst Crawlers (2)
Ahriman
Daemon Prince of Tzeentch
TS Sorcerer
Rubric Marines x 5
Mortarion = 90PL
(+Magnus?)

To be honest, the detachment restrictions were designed when I didn't know how many people were turning up for this - we could've had like 8 on each side, I wasn't sure, so I decided rather than play by the rulebook (where you activate 1 detachment at a time) we'd bend that a small bit and have each player activate their whole force at once, alternating between the teams until everyone has activated.

if needing to fit everything in 1 big and 1 small detachment is squeezing people, we can talk about relaxing the restrictions as long as we're not complicating things and spamming a ton of detachments.
