Narrative Gamesday Summary

Postby Connman234 » Mon Dec 09, 2019 9:42 am

I would like to extend a big thank you for everyone that attended the event yesterday. I hope you all had a blast and had fantastic games. I especially want to thank everyone, for making it easier for me to run things. First time events like this are always stressful, and everyone made it smooth and simple.

The end result is that Talvir has been razed to the ground. All the important intel has been recovered and the forces of the PURGE Faction have done their job! The Forces of PROTECT put up a very valiant effort with a major comeback, but it sadly wasn't enough. At the end of the day the final team narrative score is 209 for Team Purge, 197 for Team Protect.

I do want to congratulate our winners below for your valiant efforts!

The Double Agent - The man with sadly, the lowest intel score. makes you question which side he really was on: Campbell McLaughlin (SRM)
The Operative - The man that snuck in and recovered the most intel out of everyone: Brian Tenggren
The Master Desolator - He had one job, and he did it well! PURGE TALVIR!!!: Stephen Barnes (Smbarne)
The Iron Bulwark - He saw the devastations of the previous wars. He saw all the innocents caught up in the fire. And he will protect them TO HIS LAST BREATH!!!!: Eric Carlson (Wazzgit)
The Fan Favorite - He is the guy that everyone saw his painted army, and went "OH MAN! THAT"S COOL!": Nick Dorf (Countchoc)
Subjugator of Talvir - He stood above all others! He battled every foe to submission! He was the man that truly had Talvir's fate in his hands!: Mark Orosz (Draaen)

Great job on the games day. The missions were cool and the rolling group point totals were fun.

As usual people brought out some great armies. Pics of the armies I managed to snag a picture of over lunch.
